Backend Development Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Development Instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and teaching them the latest backend technologies.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach backend development courses to students.
  • Create engaging learning materials and assessments to help students learn.
  • Mentor students on best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to ensure curriculum is industry relevant.
  • Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and bring industry insights into the classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
