**Solar Project Manager Role**

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the execution of solar power projects from conception to delivery. As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and smooth coordination with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning:
    • You will be required to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Safety Management:
    • Develop and implement robust safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with on-site project execution.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Billing and Documentation:
    • Create and manage delivery documentation, including certification of materials and submission of documents to clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree: Diploma or BE (Electrical)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in site management of solar PV projects preferably up to 1 MW in size
  • Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Quantitatively/Number oriented, good communication skills and calm under pressure
