Chief Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and achieving strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct a team of professionals in achieving short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Foster Innovation: Implement industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge and encourage innovation within the department.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders to formulate and oversee the effective implementation of strategic plans across Treasury, Trade Finance, Branch Operations, IT, and Administration units. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
