About the Role:
The Digital Transformation Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to increase revenue from key accounts. This includes identifying and capitalizing on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to align Bilvantis services with their strategic objectives.
- Account Growth & Client Satisfaction: Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-12 years in IT services account management, preferably within Cloud Data Engineering, Cloud/App modernization, Data Science and Analytics, AI & ML or Digital Transformation.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop account growth strategies and close complex sales deals.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to forecast revenue, analyze key metrics, and drive business growth.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred.
