Dexterous Modeler

As a skilled BIM Technician, you will play a key role in the success of our design and engineering projects.

• Create accurate and comprehensive BIM models with high levels of detail.
• Ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model.
• Execute complex modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Develop and manage parametric Revit families as per project requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
• Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician with hands-on expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in multidisciplinary coordination and excellent communication skills.

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
• Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
• Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.
