Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cinematographer and Video Editor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in videography, video editing and basic motion graphics. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creative storytelling skills, and the technical expertise to capture and produce high-quality video content while integrating motion graphics for enhanced visual appeal.
This role involves working with a creative team to develop shot lists, storyboards, and camera setups that meet the project's vision and narrative goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cameras, directing crew members, designing lighting setups, and ensuring consistent framing, focus, and exposure across all shots.
In addition to these tasks, the Cinematographer and Video Editor will also be responsible for post-production duties, including backing up footage, distributing it to relevant teams, and integrating motion graphics for marketing materials and social media content.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Cinematographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Expertise in operating professional cameras (Sony, Canon etc.).
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting and audio recording.
- A strong portfolio showcasing videography, motion graphics and visual effects.
- Proficiency in video editing softwares - Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shooting environments (studio, outdoor, live events).
- A creative thinker with a knack for crafting visually compelling content.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
