We are seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to lead our user research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing research studies, translating findings into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and conduct user research studies, including usability tests, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and in-depth interviews, to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks that guide product design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineering teams to integrate user insights into product roadmaps, driving data-informed design decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or Behavioral Science, along with 3–5 years of experience as a UX Researcher and expertise in usability testing tools like Dovetail and Google Analytics.
