Senior Java Software Engineer

Indian Mesh is seeking a skilled and dedicated Sr. Java Software Engineer to contribute to all stages of our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume, low-latency Java-based applications, ensuring they align perfectly with business objectives and deliver robust functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute actively to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java-based applications to meet demanding performance requirements.
  3. Analyze user requirements thoroughly to define clear business objectives for software solutions.
  4. Envision and define system features and functionality, translating abstract needs into concrete application objectives.
  5. Ensure that all application designs conform meticulously with established business goals and strategic directions.
  6. Develop, test, and debug software applications to ensure reliability, efficiency, and correctness.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks that may arise during development or operation.
  8. Create detailed design documentation, including technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
  9. Propose strategic changes and enhancements to the current Java infrastructure to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  10. Develop comprehensive technical designs for new application development initiatives.
  11. Develop multimedia applications as required.
  12. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  13. Conduct thorough software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  14. Manage the development of Java and Java EE applications, overseeing their progress and ensuring successful completion.
  15. Develop clear and concise documentation to assist end-users and support teams.
  16. Transform complex requirements into actionable technical stipulations for development.
  17. Prepare and produce structured releases of software components, adhering to release management processes.
  18. Support continuous improvement initiatives by investigating new alternatives and technologies, and presenting findings for architectural review and adoption.
