Job Title: Chief Talent Officer

Job Description
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Design and lead programs to enhance employee experience and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organisation.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
