We are seeking a Creative Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled individual contributor with expertise in creative design. This role requires direct ownership of design deliverables from concept through completion, coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with product marketing team members to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality artwork across both digital and print formats. Collaborate with marketing and writing teams to ideate and create distinctive collateral materials.
  2. Execution: Produce creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output while delivering consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors and ensuring marketing goals are addressed effectively. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original, innovative ideas.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner guidelines. Deliver output at a high level of polish, maintaining rigorous self-review and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from analytical and marketing team members.
  • Fluent English communication skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in MS Office software.
