  • Our ideal candidate will strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • They will be responsible for creating compelling proposals that showcase winning research solutions for client business problems, as well as designing commercial frameworks and presenting solutions effectively.
  • In addition, they will participate in business development tasks, support marketing outreach programs, and develop industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, and more.
  • Our consultant will lead the development of a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates, ensuring their nurture and recruitment as needed.
  • They will also handle all client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset and technical background.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • At least six years of experience in business research or consulting-type engagements.
  • A deep level of primary research experience, with the ability to train team members and improve their primary research skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of business research or consulting engagements, with up-to-date knowledge of recent industry happenings and challenge areas for the Chemicals and Natural Resource industry.
  • Past and current experience handling teams of qualified professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner.
  • Self-organization, planning, maturity, detail orientation, and a willingness to learn and grow.
