You will work closely with various departments to assess their procurement needs and devise strategies to fulfill these requirements effectively. Your expertise in managing the entire Repair & Maintenance procurement will be instrumental in ensuring timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for Opex categories in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure optimal terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Oversee the complete procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation, approval, and delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality or service levels.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and price changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Identify and manage risks related to the procurement process.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and offer solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and projects.
  • Analyze procurement data to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
