Job Summary:

This role involves solving routine problems primarily through precedent and referral to general guidelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with their team and direct supervisor to achieve set goals.

The tasks in this position are well-defined, and detailed instructions will be provided for each assignment. The decisions made in this role impact personal work and are subject to close supervision.

In this capacity, the individual contributor will be part of a team with a predetermined scope of work. The role may require working rotational shifts. One of the key responsibilities is to review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.

The successful candidate will have strong coping skills, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills. They should also possess excellent comprehension, communication, and language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve routine problems primarily through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Work closely with the team and direct supervisor to achieve set goals.
  • Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
