The Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team.

  • This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to lead the End User Services team and provide exceptional support to colleagues in multiple locations.

We operate a remote first model, working with colleagues from all parts of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Engineer, you will:

  • Design & implement tests plans & test cases
  • Identify and track bugs and defects
  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Create comprehensive structures test plans and test cases
  • Design & develop and use test automation scripts
  • Track QA metrics
Requirements:

You will need:

  • 2-4+ years working in a QA engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems
  • Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Detailed problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle
Technical Skills:

You should have experience with:

  • Test automation, including test script generation
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance (and Operations)
  • Writing test automation for mobile devices
  • Selenium
  • Browser stack
  • Deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins
  • Test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Scale etc
  • Testing without UI, using test drivers, simulators, harnesses, and API tools like Swagger UI, Postman and SoapUI
Desirable Skills / Experience:

It would be beneficial if you had experience with:

  • Running SQL queries on databases, to validate test outcomes
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Supply chain planning using tools like Blue Yonder
  • End-to-end supply chain management
  • Testing ecommerce on SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Point of sales systems (POS), such as Microsoft Store Commerce
  • Solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services
