We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Accounting and Audit Professional to join our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service across various areas of practice, including statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Statutory Audits and Tax Audits: Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing statutory audits and tax audits for companies, LLPs, firms, and other entities as per Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and relevant statutes.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct process reviews, identify control gaps, and recommend practical solutions for internal audits and risk reviews.
  3. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP/Cloud-based systems and handle reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany). Prepare periodic MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
  4. Tax Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax filings) and assist clients with ROC filings and other corporate compliances. Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting, audit, and compliance solutions.
  5. Advisory Services: Support in advisory projects relating to business restructuring, financial due diligence, and regulatory updates. Work closely with seniors/partners in delivering assignments and guide and mentor article assistants and junior team members.
