Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze customer requirements and map processes with Odoo ERP capabilities. You will work closely with senior decision-makers and stakeholders to understand strategic business needs.

You will provide presales and post-sales support with a strong focus on Odoo ERP solutions. This includes drafting detailed customer scopes in proposals, outlining required features and commercial terms.

Key responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations tailored to client needs, gathering detailed business requirements, and supporting clients throughout the full software delivery lifecycle.

Additionally, you will conduct individual training sessions to educate customers on efficient use of Odoo modules and functionalities.

Work alongside client implementation managers to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training sessions.

Adapt quickly to various business verticals, understanding unique workflows and industry-specific requirements.
