We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in the areas of Controlling, Product Costing, and Financial Planning & Analysis. This role involves partnering with stakeholders globally to develop and lead the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives through process design and implementation for functions in FI-CO.
  • Lead a team of Functional Engineers in the FI-CO space, focusing on product costing, controlling, and FP&A.
  • Provide business and functional understanding of end-to-end process design for functions in FI-CO, along with recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Establish and execute an engagement plan with global stakeholders.
  • Explore industry trends and advancements for FI-CO to identify new solutions that impact business objectives and stay ahead of competition.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with SAP and other vendors, participating in RFP processes.
  • Support implementation of enhancements to S/4HANA controlling and product costing systems, working with 3rd party support teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Participate in the S/4 Hana Global project (The EDGE) to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Manage a team of SAP and FP&A professionals globally, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
