Key Responsibilities
  • Record journal entries and close accounts in a timely manner.
Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Process vendor payments and manage payables according to agreed terms.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on collections.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Perform ledger reconciliations for banks, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Conduct quarterly reconciliation of Form 26AS.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and present monthly management information reports (MIS).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliances, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
