Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core for back-end services and Angular for front-end components.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality and integration needs.
- Create user interfaces that are responsive, user-friendly, and align with modern web standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in coding, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
- CAPABILITY TO UNDERSTAND USER STORIES, TRANSLATE THAT INTO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONVERT THIS INTO WORKING CODE.
- Solutions Development:
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the architecture and development processes.
- Implement and enforce automated testing practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices for software development and deployment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to architecture and technology, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Accountability:
- Take full ownership of tasks, user stories committed by self/team.
- Estimate tasks identified for stories and be accountable for completing them.
- Write clean, well-designed code.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Experience
Seven years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core and Angular.
Three years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in an agile environment.
Salary
This position comes with a competitive salary of ₹20,00,000 per annum, which includes benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth.
