We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Yield Team as a Data Insights Analyst.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for optimizing company performance and profitability by developing prediction and alerting systems and processes for identifying trends and anomalies. Your primary goal will be to conduct in-depth analyses related to network performance and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the digital advertising industry. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis is required. Experience with Tableau data visualization tool is also a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze network performance metrics using advanced analytical techniques
  • Identify anomalies from expected performance and provide root cause analysis and findings to internal teams and management
  • Assist our team's data scientists in developing and maintaining predictive models by keeping close connections with business key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and visualize model outputs effectively
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes
