We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Monitoring Engineer. This role is perfect for someone with expertise in monitoring and maintaining complex systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 24x7 environment, ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure including WAN, APs, Routers, and Switches. They should be proficient in setting up alerts in Datadog, PagerDuty, Meraki, and other tools to monitor the entire network environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience in Integration and Setup of Datadog agent in QNAP NAS, Print server Host, and VM (Linux and Windows based) devices using Datadog agents.
  2. Knowledge of Datadog and its collector, forwarder, APM agent, and datadog.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English (US) with Clients, ISPs, and Vendors for troubleshooting purposes.
