Presales Role Job Description

 

At Opsmaven, we seek a skilled Presales Role professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and developing solution options for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation and consulting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Solution Development: Work with internal teams to design and develop solution options that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals that clearly articulate the value of our solutions and meet client expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively communicate our solutions to clients.

 

Requirements:

 

  • ERP Implementation Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong focus on consulting and sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, as well as experience with complex selling and value-based sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
