Job Title: Pan Asian Commis

The ideal candidate will have professional culinary experience of over 1 year, with a background in a fine dining standalone restaurant.

Key Responsibilities include food preparation and presentation, kitchen safety and hygiene, multitasking, stock control, cleanliness and cost management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Commis to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be expected to work efficiently, effectively and as part of a close-knit team.


Requirements
  • Professional Culinary Experience over 1 year
  • Experience in a Commis III or Kitchen Trainee role, preferably within a fine dining standalone restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, fluent English preferred
  • Culinary Certificate from recognized institution preferred
