Job Title Design Associate

As a key member of our creative team, we are seeking a highly skilled Design Associate to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections with hands-on expertise in design software.
  • Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use, including social media, presentations, and sales kits.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
