Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain, with expertise in technology and healthcare product platforms.

The job requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to envision the future direction of the product, support market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles.
  • Drive execution of all processes in the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement product segment strategy.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development.
  • Create product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Review works by development teams to ensure alignment with product vision.
  • Serve as interface with customers, internal development groups, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain close watch on development progress and ensure execution within expected timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
  • Expertise in technology and healthcare product platforms.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to envision future product direction.
  • Prior Product Management experience desirable but not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior experience considered for junior position.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within healthcare domain required.
  • Able to understand/communicate solution vision and drive details.
