Job Title: Head of Procurement

Our organization is seeking a strategic and experienced procurement leader to head our procurement function. This role requires the ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, chemicals, consumables, and services that ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and uninterrupted production in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key spend categories, including raw materials, solvents, catalysts, packaging, and engineering supplies.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Identify, assess, and develop suppliers (domestic and international).
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage long-term agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
