Space Planner

**Job Title:** Space Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and create detailed drawings.
• Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects, preparing 2D presentation/design drawings.
• Design and detail furniture, including knowledge of accessories, joinery, and hardware.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantity (BOQs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, consultants, and contractors, participating in regular meetings to address outstanding issues.
• Organize and chair meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure quality compliance for all works executed by vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of space planning principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
