Automation Professional

This position requires a skilled individual to lead the development of automation solutions, leveraging expertise in designing and implementing automated regression suites & test harnesses.

  • Select or identify areas/test cases for automation and design/implement a test automation strategy.
  • Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios.
  • Design and develop test plans, test cases based on functional and design specifications, execute test cases and analyze/report test results.
  • Work in partnership with development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff.
  • Excellent understanding of CI/CD processes and continuous testing methodologies.
  • Ability to review and approve the work of project team members in writing scripts, expected results, test results and defect descriptions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
