The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employability of our students and establish partnerships with leading companies for placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Develop training modules and workshops to enhance students' soft skills, technical skills, and overall employability.
- Industry Engagement: Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops with professionals to provide students with industry insights.
- Skill Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Career Counseling: Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help students with career planning and development.
- Employer Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers to secure job opportunities and internships for students.
- Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Student Preparation: Prepare students for the recruitment process, including resume writing, interview skills, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
Placement Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of student placements, employer contacts, and placement statistics.
Reporting and Compliance: Prepare regular reports on placement activities, training programs, and student progress for review by the administration. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry standards.
