Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing Power BI reports and create new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
  • Participate in quarterly ALCO meetings, coordinating with entities, including Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Risks, and business lines.
  • Steer prudential regulatory liquidity ratios management, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet and synthesize insights to support decision-making.
  • Update policies and procedures in alignment with directives.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for liquidity monitoring.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of the CIB balance sheet and regulatory ratios to support informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial sector, specifically in Asset and Liability Management, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working with Power BI, MS Office, and conducting data analysis; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, DAX, and SQL is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and various data sources to derive actionable insights.
