Urban Frame is a knowledge-based design practice engaged in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning. Their portfolio includes Commercial + Offices, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed-Use, Sports Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Urban Planning & Design.

We are looking for a Team Lead to be part of our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.

The successful candidate will lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover. They will manage the design and delivery for a range of project types in various settings, ensuring alignment with client design goals and striving for excellence in design.

We require collaboration with team members, digital designers, and stakeholders to initiate design concepts and develop them to a detailed level. Effective communication between the project team, clients, PMC, contractors, and consultants is crucial. Ensuring all work meets client requirements, delivering high-quality and timely products is also essential.

The Team Lead will anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project. Providing design and technical guidance, as well as innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges, is vital. Undertaking detailed design work on projects and ensuring designs are validated is also required.

Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships is critical to our success. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative and visualization skills, good interpersonal and presentation skills, and leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses.
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
