Job Description

Data Engineers play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). As a Data Engineer II, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform source-to-target data analysis and mapping.
  • Collaborate with admins, developers, data engineers, and analysts to deliver successful functionality.
  • Perform requirement analysis and coordinate with project managers and development teams to drive the delivery cycle.
  • Build and test data pipelines for various use cases, including real-time and batch processing.
  • Support the evolution of EDP architecture and participate in roadmap activities around data platform architecture initiatives or changes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and partners to ensure data quality and integrity in DWH & AWS platforms for BI/analytical reporting.
  • Predicative risk management and mitigation planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience in delivering data solutions.
  • Confirmed experience building cloud BI solutions using AWS and Azure as data lake backend sources and understanding of Power BI or similar as BI visualization tools.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies by following DevOps, Data Ops, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Pyspark preferably on Databricks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams from multiple regions/time zones.
  • Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills.
