Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, building scalable test automation frameworks, and collaborating with developers and QA teams to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Build scalable test automation frameworks (POM, BDD with Cucumber, Mocha/Jest).
  • Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.
  • Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
