About the Role

Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon's Tech strategy. We're looking for an ERP Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes.



The ERP Analyst will be responsible for designing, describing, configuring, and deploying projects and changes in scheduled releases. They will work closely with the Product Manager to gain insights, directions, and requirements to plan, execute, and monitor multiple engagements.



The ideal candidate will have a broad range of multidisciplinary skills, including Treasury, Cash management, solution design, change management, product management, and more. They will be able to translate business requirements into specific technical solutions and develop global process solution designs.



Responsibilities


  • Design, describe, configure, and deploy projects and changes in scheduled releases
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to gain insights, directions, and requirements
  • Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions
  • Develop global process solution designs
  • Deliver small to medium-sized projects within their domain
  • Represent and explain proposed Tech solutions in various governance forums
  • Facilitate regular communication with other Tech specialists and solution architects


Requirements


  • Minimum 4+ years of expert hands-on experience in deploying SAP TRM solutions
  • SAP TRM, Inhouse Cash management, configuration of payment files
  • Proficient in configuration and support for Money Market, Securities, Forex Market & Trade Finance
  • Configuration of standard BCM processes, Rules management, Bank connectivity, Approval process
  • Configuration of Bank account management, House bank creation, Workflow approval process and Bank account creation
  • Experience in configuration of product type, Flow type, Processing Category, Flow category, Condition Group, Activity type, Define Account assignment reference, Accrual, and deferral
  • Experience with middleware e.g. SAP PO and API technologies
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Charm and ALM
  • Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes
  • Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities
  • Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on the ERP template
  • Ability to independently solve problems and work in collaboration with other product owners, solution architects, and domain experts
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (a plus)
  • Experience with cross-module integration between FI, CO, SD, MM, and external systems
  • Experience with configuration, development, and enhancements in SAP FICO
  • Experience with RICEFW objects
  • Working knowledge of testing methodologies
