The role of Senior Techno Function Specialist is a vital part of our team, focusing on leading technology initiatives and driving operational excellence. • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization:
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs and drive process improvements.
• Techno-Functional Leadership:
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation to meet business objectives.
• Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems, leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Implement best practices to optimize system performance, data consistency, and reporting capabilities, driving business growth and sustainability.
• System Integrations:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management), ensuring smooth data exchange and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Ownership & Mentorship:
  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Develop and implement troubleshooting procedures to improve incident response times and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR).

• Educational Background:
  • Hold a BTech/MTech degree from a reputable institution, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence, with a top 20 percentile ranking preferred.
• Experience:
  • Possess 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Have a strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports), with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies, with experience in systems integration, web services, and data migration a plus.
