Job Title:

Interior Designer


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills, be able to create modular designs based on conversations with clients, and maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure
  • To own customer experience during a project
  • To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle


Requirements:


  • Graduation or relevant diploma
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer
  • Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 turnkey or full home residential projects
  • Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Holds design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works and services, and project expertise
  • Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical and trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers
  • Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication

Expertise and Qualifications:


  1. Graduation / relevant Diploma
  2. Minimum Experience 1.5 years as an Interior Designer
  3. Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects
  4. Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  5. Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
  6. Holds design expertise in Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
  7. Holds design expertise in Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
  8. Holds project expertise in Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  9. Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies
  10. Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
  11. Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication
  12. Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
