Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level documents from Hebrew to English and vice versa, maintaining the style and tone of the original language.
  • Collect and analyze financial information through primary and secondary research.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external client queries.
  • Provide quality assurance for translated and localized materials.
  • Create and maintain language glossaries, dictionaries, and translation memories.
  • Deliver quality outcomes with excellence, meeting individual and team targets.
  • Stay updated on translation and research guidelines and policies.
  • Report daily work progress and errors in reporting tools.
  • Participate in project development and execution as assigned.
  • Test new tools and applications for productivity enhancement.
  • Ideate and execute process improvement and automation projects.
  • Escalate concerns promptly and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support expansion and transformation goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French and English languages, with proficiency in Hebrew an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a translator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, with preferred knowledge of financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with various levels and deal with issues professionally.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive, motivated, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language proficiency certification desirable.
  • Experience in translation and localization projects, particularly in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, automation, and machine translation.
  • SQL, Python, and VBA Macro skills an asset.
