Job Summary

Manage, lead and support a team to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with regional managers to develop restaurant-specific annual plans.
    • Set monthly business goals with RMs and review regularly.
  • Financial Excellence:
    • Implement corporate marketing strategies.
    • Monitor competitors' activities and stay ahead of competition through coordination with operation and marketing teams.
    • Keep Regional General Managers informed about competitive activity.
    • Support new product launches.
    • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and analyze operations for deviations from standards.
    • Coach RGMs to take corrective measures.
    • Monitor operations effectiveness through Pace Setter.
    • Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllable expenses to identify areas for improvement.
    • Coach RGMs to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets.
  • Restaurant Performance:
    • Set customer service standards for the area and drive a customer-focused culture.
    • Track, analyze and identify root causes of customer complaints.
    • Develop Restaurant and Restaurant Renovation plans with RMs and lead R&R activities in the area.
    • Monitor restaurants' operations through Key Performance Indicators and provide feedback and support.
  • Teamwork & Development:
    • Work on outcomes of the Employee Engagement Survey by coordinating with RGMs and analyzing data.
    • Provide input on training needs and effectiveness.
    • Identify and develop High-Performance Individuals.
    • Enforce and support training and development plans for staff under supervision.
