We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, and large-scale data processing. This role requires deep analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to build innovative AI solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and design machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for real-world applications
  • Develop AI-driven solutions using Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features
  • Optimize ML models for scalability, performance, and deployment in production environments
  • Implement AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
  • Fine-tune transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA) for various NLP tasks
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Design and develop APIs to integrate AI solutions into applications
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deploy AI models efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and AI frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV
  • Experience in working with transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Whisper) and large-scale language models (LLMs)
  • Knowledge of feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience in deploying AI models using MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for AI-powered search and retrieval

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and GANs
  • Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and Explainable AI (XAI)
  • Exposure to Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Speech-to-Text (STT) models
  • Experience in building AI chatbots, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics solutions
  • Publications, patents, or contributions to AI research communities (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) are a plus

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
