Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Professional to drive quality across our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing, including manual, automation, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings to gather and understand testing needs and requirements.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests.
  • Perform validations across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG.
  • Integrate scripts into CI pipelines for continuous testing coverage.
  • Log, track, and retest bugs using bug tracking tools.
  • Ensure clear status updates, steps to reproduce, and proper defect lifecycle management.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Selenium with Python (automation testing)
  • TestNG (test configuration)
  • JMeter or LoadRunner (performance/load testing)
  • API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools
  • Bug management and tracking using Zoho BugTracker, Jira, or similar tools

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
