We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead our development team in building innovative features, enhancing performance, and ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of our platform.

This role involves defining our technical roadmap, mentoring engineers, and promoting best practices in software development. You will play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform and driving growth opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the existing codebase and understand its architecture and workflows.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python FastAPI.
  • Enhance and build new frontend components with React.js, TypeScript, and Ant Design.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality across the team.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Python and FastAPI for building scalable and efficient APIs.
  • Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and Ant Design for creating intuitive user interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Knowledge of Redis for managing operation queues, configuration, and billing information.
  • Experience working with RabbitMQ to handle incoming and outgoing messages.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose for deploying containerized applications.
  • Understanding of Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Experience with New Relic or similar tools for application logging and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment workflows.
