About this Role:The Director of Counselling will be instrumental in devising strategic processes, guiding teams, and driving growth initiatives.The charter for this role includes:
  • Owning a regional profit and loss account.
  • Leading a team by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating a superlative work culture, and bringing strong customer focus.
  • Working cohesively with colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overseeing, and implementing all operations initiatives for the organization and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy to drive team growth by owning the end-to-end process from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel.
Ideal Candidate would:
  • Have 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Have over 10-12 years of experience managing profit and loss with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Have experience scaling teams and designing processes across companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Be exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Be competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Build a strong client and non-client support through compliance of application processes.
