We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations, while also providing excellent customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Installation and Commissioning
  • Install and commission new equipment and systems as required.
  • Ensure that all installations adhere to safety and quality standards.
Customer Support
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
  • Offer guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used.
  • Prepare service reports for management and customers.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer with a focus on both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to perform installations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills.
  • A meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping.
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and safety regulations.
