The role of a Creative Design Manager is to oversee the development and execution of creative projects, from concept to delivery. This involves leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring high-quality results are achieved within tight deadlines.

  1. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives, incorporating emerging trends and technologies such as AI.
  2. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce captivating artwork and collateral materials for various formats, including digital and print.
  3. Take ownership of assigned projects, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  4. Evaluate and refine design processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, leveraging expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency, startup, or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in online and print design, video tools, and project management software.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team, incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills to interact with professionals globally.
