About the Customer Relationship Role

The primary goal of this position is to identify and secure loan clients in accordance with the company's strategic business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a high level of credit discipline to prevent any defaults in recovery
  • Ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping, including regular monitoring visits and loan utilization checks
  • Compliance with established policies, procedures & practices, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and responding promptly to queries & issues

Addditional Responsibilities:

  • Completing loan contracts by clearly explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining necessary signatures, and collecting required fees
