ROLE SUMMARY:

Embedded engineers play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge technologies. As an embedded engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software and hardware solutions for high-performance systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement software and firmware solutions for embedded systems using C/C++ programming languages.
  • Design and develop Linux-based operating systems, including kernel development and user-space programming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DOCSIS protocols and standards into our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RDK and its application in set-top boxes and broadband devices.
  • Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues in embedded systems.
  • Work effectively with version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with C/C++ programming languages and embedded system design.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and kernel development.
  • Experience with DOCSIS protocols and standards.
  • Familiarity with RDK and its application in set-top boxes and broadband devices.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
