Job Summary:

Architectural Mastermind Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our design and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs that meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain expertise and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on-site and collaborating with construction teams.
  • Familiarity with Indian building codes and regulations.
