US Tax Compliance Specialist

The role involves working closely with global tax, finance, deal, and legal teams, as well as external advisors, on various compliance and reporting projects.

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow their expertise in US tax compliance and reporting in a dynamic global asset management environment.

  • Manage full-cycle US tax compliance for assigned funds and legal entities.
  • Review federal and state tax returns, investor reporting, and tax provisions for blocker corporations.
  • Interpret investment structures and apply appropriate tax treatments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5–8 years of tax compliance experience within multinational financial services, asset management, or Big 4 advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of US partnership and corporate tax compliance, including Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, withholding, and corporate provisions.
  • Familiarity with fund structures such as blockers, feeders, parallel funds, and co-investment vehicles.
