Senior Python Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to lead our AI/ML and Python development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing complex applications with Python, AI/ML solutions, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Write efficient and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
