We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content creation and wants to make a meaningful impact in the political landscape of India.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and culturally relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the campaign goals. They will also drive social media assets independently, taking ownership of content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content that resonates with audiences and sparks conversations.
  • Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal and impact of content.
  • Stay updated on political trends, news, and cultural nuances in India, incorporating these insights into the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of content across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content, using data to optimize strategies and enhance audience reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Tamil and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating ability to craft engaging content.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends, especially within the context of political landscape.
  • Political Awareness: A keen interest in Indian politics, with an understanding of regional political dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content.
  • Independence: Capable of independently managing social media assets and content calendars.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing political scenarios and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related field preferred.
  • Specialization or Coursework: Candidates with specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency: While not formal education criterion, proficiency in Tamil (Write, Speak, Read) and Hindi/English essential.
